Available units will be posted at 5pm on Friday February 27th.  Saturday morning, prospective tenants will be able to fill out a form on this website indicating their top four property choices.  Unfortunately, we will not be showing occupied units and you will need to make your decision on renting based upon pictures or vacant sample units.  

 

In order to secure your priority, fill out our online form (emailed requests are not accepted).  Please submit only ONE FORM PER GROUP.  

 

For copies of our rental applications, please contact our office by phone or email. We would be happy to email them to you.  Alternatively, our application is available under "Applications and Forms" at the top of our home page.
